Shipping Policy

What is your U.S. shipping policy?

For the U.S. and U.S. territories, we offer standard FLAT ground shipping (2-3 business days) of $4.49 for all orders of up to $20, for all orders between $20 and $50 of $7.99. We also offer expedited shipping rates (1 business day), which are calculated depending on the weight of the package during checkout.

We offer FREE ground shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Is there a sales tax on my order?

There is no sales tax charge unless the order is being shipped within New York State.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use USPS, UPS and DHL Express.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped the next business day. Then, it will take anywhere from 2-3 business days, or 1-3 business day if expedited, within the U.S. and U.S. territories to be delivered.

We entrust our carriers to deliver your package(s) on time. If your package(s) is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

All products purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract, which means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes on to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation with a tracking number via e-mail or phone.

What is your international shipping policy?

We offer international shipping using DHL Express and USPS.

International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package during checkout.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.

We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments. International shipping can be delayed for weeks depending on customs or country of destination. While we do provide tracking numbers on all shipments, not every country we ship to tracks shipments all the way to the destination. While the majority of our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments.

Return Policy

Online Purchase Return

We strive for unparalleled customer satisfaction and we want you to be happy with your GirlandHair products.

In case you are unhappy with the performance of a GirlandHair product you’ve purchased, please let us know. We are happy to issue you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling fees) upon receipt of the remaining unused product within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot receive returns on overly used products or products not purchased on girlandhair.com.

Refunds will be credited to the originally used payment form.

To return items, please follow these three (3) easy steps:

1. Send an e-mail to support@girlandhair.com with your full name and order number and items to be returned. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely in the original package, if possible. Otherwise, please pack your return in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage during shipment. Be sure to include the return authorization form in your package.

3. All return packages must be shipped via USPS and should be mailed to:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation email. Please allow 10-14 days from the shipping date for your account to be credited.

In Store Purchase Return

If you have purchased GirlandHair products from one of our retail partners, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the retailers own return/exchange policy.

We apologize, as we are unable to process returns for products not purchased on girlandhair.com

Incorrect or damaged product

If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product, please email us to support@girlandhair.com within five (5) business days from the date you receive your order. We’ll email you instructions how to return an incorrect or replace a damaged item.
