Directions

Step 1: Wet your scalp and hair, apply a small amount of CLEANSE+ shampoo (high foam) throughout your scalp (a little goes a long way). Rinse thoroughly.
Step 2: Towel dry hair.
Step 3: Apply NOURISH+ to your scalp and hair.
Step 4: Allow hair to completely dry.
Step 5: Apply REFRESH+ hair milk daily throughout your scalp.

Amazingly light! Does the job! I have known nothing else but my natural hair my whole life. This is one of the few products I can say does as it says. I go between wigs and wearing my hair. For my under wig styles the Refresh gave my hair the build up moisture I need on my scalp. The Nourish is light but its a conditioner that allowed me to comb out my hair and add to keeping it moisturized during the week. The Cleanse shampoo was unusually light! I was so tempted to add more to my hair, but you don't need as much as you think. I did like a midweek wash to get some products out of my hair and it suds as needed and gave me the quick clean I needed to just get the build up off.
