I've used it a few times now and if I'm honest the formula might be a bit too heavy for fine hair and my hair doesn't look clean at the root after I dry it.

I unfortunately am someone who is prone to product buildup. I bought this because it seemed promising. I evenly distributed it on my scalp and used a scalp massager to loosen it up in there. The first time I used this I used it twice before I shampooed. Unnecessary. Because I used it twice it burned my scalp a little which is understandable because apple cider vinegar is strong. Don�t leave it in for long either. Ever since I started using it, the top of my head has been so much softer and less cakey. Are there some slight amounts of product in my hair? Yes, but probably about 95% better than what it was. Love it just be careful and DONT GET IN YOUR EYES.

I was suffering from tension alopecia from extensions that had caused severe damage and dandruff resulted from all of thisIt has allowed for new hair growth, gotten rid of the . and my curls are always so happy when it gets used. Don�t use every day. It isn�t meant for that. And don�t let it sit for a long time as it IS acidic. You can feel the cooling sensations which indicate it�s doing its job and rejuvenating the scalp. So far, I've used this shampoo once. I have Hashimotos, a disease that causes hypothyroidism. I also have, I believe, 2B category hair (wavy/curly) and I am half German and Half Russian ancestry with hair that is more on the finer, thiner side (it gets tangled easily). I have been plagued with massive hair loss and shedding. I've tried so many different "natural" shampoos at Whole Foods and on Amazon. I've made my own bentonite and rhassoul clay hair cleansers without suds or foam, I've just used ACV (apple cider vinegar), I've tried WO (water only method), I've tried co washing and co wash shampoos (they make my hair greasy and filmy and weigh my hair down). I have tried the Indian powders (soap nuts with and various other names, you can find them on amazon), I was even on a aloe vera juice and ACV once a week was kick for a while. This shampoo seems to do the trick, though, I don't think this will be the end all be all. I'll probably rotate other methods once a week too. That will probably make this stuff last. That said, I'm still trying to find a wash and condition routine that will allow my hair to maintain some seabum without being stripped and destroyed with the "lather, rinse, repeat" mantra I used to follow so many years ago. My scalp is incredibly sensitive, especially after Hashimotos has claimed so much of my health. I've been on a whole body journey. The bottom line: I like this shampoo so far, but I'm not sure it would work for everyone. I'm so glad I found this for me! Good luck on your hair journeys!

I bought this product as I needed something to help with scalp buildup for my 2C-3B curls. I use Deva Curl products and am prone to slight dandruff that doesn't go away no matter what combination of products I am using. So far, I have used this hair rinse for about three weeks and it's been great! My scalp is less itchy and has zero flakes. It is easy to distribute onto my scalp due to the nozzle and it causes a nice tingling sensation when you massage it in and rinse it out. I didn't see any reviews mention this before purchasing so I was a little surprised at the feeling, but it was pleasant and refreshing so I don't mind. The one draw back of this product is that is smells strongly of menthol. It's not my favorite but it also isn't the end of the world for me which is why I am keeping it at 5 stars. All in all a great product for the price! Very happy so far.

So, I don�t have extensions or anything like that, I actually bought this because I have a really bad hard water issue, and this was recommended to me by a friend. I would be careful to keep it off your face as much as possible because it does have menthol in it, and it gets to be quite intense, so probably wouldn�t feel very good if it got in your eyes. The only thing I can compare it to is the feeling you get after just brushing your teeth and your mouth is just like....aaaahhhhhhhhhh yessssssss!!! Imagine that, but on your head. I love this product. I purchased it in August 2022 because I wanted something to clear out my scalp for protective styling but I use it on a weekly basis. I live in the desert. My scalp is always dry and itchy. I was using a squalane serum weekly, however, I haven�t used it in like six weeks because the itchiness has decreased so much. This stuff is MAGIC. I was so skeptical to buy anything online but I could not be happier and I swear this is a real review! I never had dandruff or buildup before I started wearing extensions and since I started wearing them I consistently would have buildup and flakes and it was AWFUL and just getting worse and worse even though I wash once or twice a week (definitely don�t want to do more with extensions). So it started when my kid brought home a kitten, a ring worm infested kitten (unbeknownst to us she is a long hair cat). I decided to try this product and would use it after regular shampoo, and I�m happy to say the smell is FINALLY GONE! we only use it once a week ish and the overall texture shine and volume of hair has improved along with the smell.

I love this product but the bottle leaves much to be desired. I dropped it while in the shower and the spout snapped off so earlier. No way to keep it sealed after that and it was a pain to deal with and use. I�d buy again but definitely be careful of dropping it next time lol

I used this to remove buildup from a protective braid style. Was pleased with how well and clean my hair looked after rinsing. I also had a nice tingling feeling in my scalp as well when I let it sit a few minutes. Will definitely purchase again.

If you want your hair feeling clean and softer I recommend. As someone who doesn�t like the smell of vinegar this is nice cause it�s not strong and it isn�t runny but kind of thick so I know I won�t run out soon.

I was looking for something to cleanse my scalp to help rid the buildup so my hair will grow out for my wedding in 5 months. This stuff not only is removing product buildup but it feels sooo good on my scalp!! The tea tree oil in it makes my scalp feel so clean after using it in the shower! This will be a necessity from now on. I will also say that my hair has grown an inch already in a 6-8 weeks of using it.

I like the product but the bottle is horrible when you are trying to squeeze on head. The little tip gets hard and clogged after not using for a night and when you squeeze it sometimes it won�t come out and you have to tip it up again and then back down. It was a headache I won�t be buying again.

This stuff is AMAZING for my dreadlocks ! This product gets out any buildup, dandruff, or lint that I have in my hair . I originally got it for a light detox but this stuff is so good and non damaging I'm throwing out all my other shampoo . At first I didn't think it was going to do anything because i couldn't actually feel it in my hair in the shower but when my locs dried, they were super clean and my hair feels so good ! If you have locs... You need to get it !

I have fine 2c hair. I also have eczema that is exacerbated by our extremely hard water. My hair was falling out in literal clumps for months. My scalp was cracking and I was experiencing constant burning and itching. I have used the Girl + Hair ACV rinse around 5 times and it�s a total godsend. My scalp is so clean and flake free it shines. No flakes, no burning, no itching. My hair shedding is also returning to a very normal amount. I�m super sensitive to smells, and regular ACV makes me want to hurl. This product has the most wonderful fresh scent and masks the ACV perfectly. Also, if leaves your scalp tingling and cooled, which is much appreciated after having it burn and itch for so long. 100% recommend this product to people with similar issues. Such a great product and it�s inexpensive! Using it 2x a week, the bottle is a good size so it�ll definitely last. I used products like head and shoulders but those never worked for my dry scalp. I�ve gotten great results from using this! If you suffer from dry, flaky scalp that greases easily, give this product a try instead.

I just started using this product to assist with the maintenance of my scalp while wearing braids. My scalp usually develop flakes after a couple days. I started using this product 2 days following getting my braids and I have seen a huge difference in this first week. We have very hard water and this came highly recommended by the internet for cleansing the scalp. I use it about once every 2 weeks and I think it's working ok. I'm using it along with a combination of other products that are supposed to help with damaged hair. It doesn't have much a scent and I use it before washing my hair so all I smell afterward is the conditioner. I don't have any complaints and so far everything I'm doing is helping so I guess it's good.

I really like this product. I have oily skin and therefore, oily scalp. It�s always been an insecurity for me but this rinse has really helped! I had switched to a more natural shampoo and my scalp was so itchy, smelly and oily. Did some research about hard water and decided to give this rinse a try. I use it every other day and wow such a huge difference I'm telling you. My scalp doesn't smell anymore and I can go more than a day without washing it now if I wanted to. I thought this product wouldn't last as long as it has but if you're sensitive and can feel the product running on your scalp, you know when to stop applying and start massaging. I purchased this product as a comparable to the Dh AVC rinse and this one just fell short. I was hopeful that it would help with hair length and also I used it to reduce my shampoo usage since I workout frequently and would need to wash my hair daily. It left the root of my hair very oily and the ends really dry. One of my favorite things about this product is the cooling effect after application. But other than that it just didn�t meet the expectations.

It works- period. After one use my dry itchy scalp stopped itching by 95% - 5% remaining for normal scalp behavior. I did not have dandruff or any type of condition-just a scalp that would not stop itching. It would itch right out of the shower freshly washed. I slowly changed products, eliminated the bad stuff (sulfates, parabens and etc.) none of it made a difference. This product made a difference the first time I used it on my hair. Four stars for smell -it smells fine for what it is;end of story. Softness - I would say my hair was not hard but it felt dry- so I used a regular conditioner afterwards and my hair was fine- it felt nice. I have used it 2x and I notice the difference in my scalp. I would recommend the product, I will buy again and try other products in the line. My hair is naturally curly.

I live in a metropolitan area and the city water has been hard on my hair. This product has definitely helped remove some of the buildup that used to occur from my water and makes my hair feel cleaner after washing!

I have sebhorric dermatitis and this product got it under control after a single use. I�ve been using it for 3 weeks now and have not had any flare ups. Cleansing my scalp between washes with this product is very helpful.

This lasts for a long time because the spout makes it a slow stream, it�s soothing to my scalp. I rub it in and then through my hair to detangle and let it sit a couple mins. I use it multiple times a week and when I ran out I noticed the difference in my hair texture. And I have very curly naturally frizzy hair. My son also loves this product & he has a much curlier texture to his hair as he is mixed.

Best shampoo I've every used. Also the strongest smelling as well. I have highly sensitive to perfume, it's disheartening such a great shampoo would have such a strong order. I'm at a loss of what to do. other shampoos dry out my hair and this is overwhelmingly harsh smelling.

This rinse is my new holy grail. I was looking for an alternative to dP Hue�s ACV rinse because it�s so expensive. This product is a quarter of the price but I like it even better!! It has done a better job of reducing my itchy scalp and flaky spots, it smells and feels better, and the cooling sensation on the scalp is heavenly! I have very thick, coarse-textured hair and I will be purchasing this from now on. Please never stop making this product!!

I initially bought this because I got box braids and wanted a light shampoo that came in a nozzle to easily access y scalp and not leave any residue. This is the best shampoo I've ever used. It cleaned well, my scalp felt invigorated, scent was light, and I was able to longer between washes because of how good my scalp felt. I can't comment on how moisturizing it is because my hair is braided up at the moment but I can't wait to see how it performs on my natural hair.

I love this stuff! It helps keep my scalp balanced and my head clean, without me having to use shampoo all the time. I use this once or more during the week usually. I have extremely dry scalp, and it was in really bad shape, really itchy all the time, bad dandruff. And this was one of the things that really helped it a lot, and it's doing much better now. I am white, and a boy lol, but I have very thick hair and it's often curly, and it's also very dry, as is my scalp, so this stuff still helps me a lot.

I got this for my kids who have a lot of build up on the scalp. One of my boys scalp had dry red spots that were hard. In just one wash with this vinegar rinse his scalp redness went away and with the second wash the old skin/ build up was completely gone. I definitely recommend this if you have any kind of build up/dandruff.

I originally bought this due to dandruff. After 2 uses, I noticed little to no flakes. Has a slight ACV smell, obviously, but the scent of ACV is not overwhelming. The applicator is easy to use directly on the scalp. Due to the way it worked for my dandruff, I would buy again and try the other products.

Helps clean my scalp. No flakes or itching. Use after I shampoo before I condition but may start to use after I condition for the extra cooling sensation when I rinse. Foams up and rinses squeaky clean. Before this I would use Cantu root rinse but it�s hard to find.
